Reminder: SATOX Radiology only supports online payment and does not support cash on delivery or phone orders.
Log in to your SATOX account, go to "My Orders", find the order you applied for in the "In Progress" section, and check the order status.
If the order shows "Diagnosis in progress" and you can enter the order details page, and it displays "Waiting for diagnosis reply, the order is being processed, please be patient!", then the order was successful.

Currently, users cannot unbind their phone numbers by themselves. If you want to unbind the phone number you are currently using, please call customer service.
